WHAT WILL I BE EATING?
As a Holistic Health Coach, I do not like putting emphasis on diets or calories. The nutrition provided in the program comes somewhere in the middle of it. There is work to do before we even get to eating specifics. I like to focus more on food quality and clean kitchens first with emphasis on removing toxic triggers in nutrition, beauty, and home products.
You can expect to see this type of nutrition in the program:
