I completely understand that starting a new lifestyle can be a bit overwhelming.

You don’t have to live your life on the roller-coaster of dieting and self-hate. It’s time to make yourself a priority and have a healthy relationship with food and your body.

That is why my programs and sessions are based around making small changes to your current lifestyle. We've all been through yo-yo dieting, juice cleanses, and week long detoxes. My approach is much gentler. Over the course of your program, we talk about the struggles you are facing and the obstacles that are keeping you from success. At the end of each session I will recommend 1 or 2 new healthy habits for you to incorporate into you current lifestyle. Each time we meet we'll dive a little deeper. I call it 'peeling back the layers.' The deeper we go the more your new lifestyle will become just a part of your day. This will help you feel like you are in control of your health and you will start to heal your body fast.

Every person has very specific needs for their own health according to age, ancestry, lifestyle, and goals. This is called bio-individuality. I use this approach to create a personalized program specifically designed for you.

When you are suffering from illness or chronically tired, you can use food to re-set your mind and body. However, one's person food can be another person's poison. That is why my programs are personalized to each individual. Learn to unprocess your food and heal your your body without the use of medicine.

Along with food we consume, there are also elements that feed your soul. I call this your "primary food." There are four main categories:

Spritituality | Relationships | Physical Movement | Career

I will assist you in decoding these aspects to create balance and harmony in your life.

Now that you have all of these tools we need to create an 'action plan' for life. I call this 'peeling back the layers.' Let's dig deep into self realization, processing and overcoming fears, and finding freedom to live you life the happiest and healthiest you can be.

You are not alone.

Many women suffer from all types of ailments on a daily basis. It's so important for you and your family to make a conscious effort to be healthy. On average, 62 million Americans are diagnosed with a digestive disorder a year! More than half of them being women. Fertility and hormonal issues are just the same. According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) about 6.1 million women have unexplained infertility or trouble staying pregnant. These numbers don't lie. There is a resolution. It's time to take control of your health and your life.
