Phase 1 - Preparation

In your kit, you received 4 products. Each product has a specific job during the cleanse.
Apple cider vinegar - cleanse the intestinal track, remove toxins, boost immunity, and regulates blood sugar levels.
Aloe Vera juice - contains enzymes that help the gut break down food and helps to reduce and soothe inflammation in the gut.
Coconut oil - has many anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties, draws out toxins from the body and improves oral health
