We are pleased to announce a very special overnight retreat to relax your mind and feed your soul.
Join Dailey Method owner, Carly, and Holistic Health Coach, Jaclyn Renee, on an incredibly grounding and spiritually awakening Michigan retreat. Secluded in the woodlands of South Haven, MI, there is a beautiful 20 acre property where practice, stillness and nature merge. The retreat features a traditional Indian sweat lodge ceremony lead by tribal leader and healing guru Paul Tootalian. We have coupled this ceremony with holistic health and nutrition and the healing techniques of barre and alignment to form a complete renewing of the mind, body and soul.
Higher Haven is a magical place right in our mitten backyard in South Haven, Michigan.
The property is owned by ceremony leader and woodsman Paul Tootalian where he host many retreats. The overnight retreat is filled with gentle movement, meditation, grounding in the forest, nourishing food, and a full sweat lodge ceremony to stimulate your senses, find clarity in your thoughts, and begin a new day with positive thoughts and emotions. Renewing mind, body and soul, these practices foster a deep, inner calm, offering a healing balm that reduces stress as well as physical, mental and emotional ailments.
Saturday, September 29th -Depart 8am from Jaclyn's house in Farmington Hills.

• Organic Vegan Lunch 12-1:00 pm
• Relax, wooded hike, explore Lake Michigan beaches and area 1-4:00pm
• Gentle Barre class 4-5:00pm
• Inipi (Sweatlodge) Ceremony 6 – 8:00pm
• Wopila Celebration and Feast 8 - 9:00pm
• Rest and Relaxation - open discussion fears versus food with Jaclyn 9:00pm
Sunday, September 30th schedule
• Morning Meditation & Sound Bath 8-9:00 a.m.
• Breakfast smoothies (demo and talk about creating a good one) 9-10 a.m.
• Wind down and Close 10-10:30 a.m.
• Option for solo exploration of Lake Michigan beaches and surrounding area - lunch

Carly Goidosik: Alignment & Movement
Carly will teach a slow-paced movement barre class that will help build foundation in the body. Movement is the greatest form of energetic release. To help foster a strong mind-body connection, Carly will lead us in a yin style barre class for a more restorative experience.
Jaclyn Renee: Health & Wellness
Jaclyn will provide nourishment for the weekend. She will also educate the group on creating a healthy body image and relationship with food. Food is our best source of medicine.

The sweat lodge ceremony is is beautiful. We gather under the teepee together on the ground and Paul brings in heated stones one by one (properly named "Grandmother" stones) to build the heat in the lodge. There are 3 rounds. In the first round, we listen. Paul sings from his soul and invites us into the ceremony. The second round is for prayer. Introducing yourself and sharing your worry, thoughts, emotions, and fears and asking for prayer to heal. The thrid round is for forgiveness and healing. We sing together more and then free ourselves of the stress. The ceremony is followed by a potluck dinner and celebration of all good things.
