What does it feel like to truly live in alignment with yourself, build a healthy
relationship with food and never diet ever again?

No more shaming, forcing guilt for food choices or fear of food at parties or eating out?

To truly release yourself from the hold that food has over you and to reframe the way
you see yourself every day?


WHAT IS SHIFT?

Shift is an in-person 3-hour experience held at The Pilates House in West Bloomfield Michigan. Our hope is to bring together 20 women and empower them to break free form diet culture and to step into their healing journey by way of values, self-discovery and transformative breathwork.

MEET JACLYN RENEE

After being bounced around from doctor to doctor, Jaclyn was finally introduced to holistic medicine where she began to heal her gut and chrnic anxiety with food and self-care as her medicine.n She now has a passion for wellnes swith balance and empowers many women to love themselves from head to toeeby understanding their why, connecting with values and creating a healthy relationship with self and food.

MEET MB MANNINO

After experiencing corporate burnout in her 20’s, MB Mannino took her healing into her own hands. Her wellness journey led her to becoming a Certified Holistic Health Coach, meditation teacher and breathwork facilitator. Today, she guides women through powerful self-healing modalities to help them realize their value and worth and to step confidently into living out their highest potential and truth in all aspects of their lives.
